How can I place an order?

If you currently have an account with us, you can place an order via phone by calling our toll free Customer Service (1.800.268.7939) or by e-mail at sales@caulfeild.com. You may also fax in your order via toll free fax (1.800.565.4823).
If you are not currently a customer, contact our Customer Service to help you setup an account.

Does Caulfeild Apparel sell directly to consumers via phone, e-mail or online?

We do not sell direct to consumers, but rather through a network of North American retailers. If you are looking for a location where you can buy one of our brands, please contact our Customer Service and we will gladly provide some options.

How do I get in touch with your sales team?

Simply send us an e-mail at info@caulfeild.com with the brand(s) you wish to find out more about and someone from our sales team will respond within 1 business day. Or, you can call our toll free Customer Service at 1.800.268.7939 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST).

How do I find a retailer that carries your line of products?

E-mail us at info@caulfeild.com with your location and the brand(s) you wish to find. We will gladly forward a list of retailers near your location.

Does Caulfeild Apparel donate to charitable organizations?

Yes, we continue to donate to various charitable organizations each year. If you would like to submit a request for a donation, please contact us via e-mail to donations@caulfeild.com.

Please be advised that although we aim to donate to different organizations each year, we unfortunately cannot fulfill all requests. We will respect your request with a response and will gladly keep your request on file for future consideration.

Who do I contact for media and/or imagery requests?

Any requests for imagery can be sent to our Marketing department at marketing@caulfeild.com.
