Same Day Shipping
If your order is received before 12:00 pm we can often ship it out the same day. Any orders received after 12:00 pm are usually shipped the following day. We will also happily provide air overnight, and same day shipping at an additional cost.

Clear & Fair Return Policy
If you find that one of our items has or was received with a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service for a return authorization. Any other return or exchange requests must be pre-approved and/or directed to your sales representative.
