| Does Caulfeild Apparel sell directly to consumers via phone, e-mail or online? We do not sell direct to consumers, but rather through a network of North American retailers. | How do I return and/or exchange product? Before returning or exchanging any merchandise you must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Service Department. Defective items must be clearly marked as to the nature of the defect. Please take care to pack return items to ensure that no damage will occur in shipping and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box. Items that are special ordered, modified, fabricated, or embroidered to special requirements cannot be returned. Exchanges or credits for returned items will be issued only after receipt, by Caulfeild Apparel, of undamaged returned merchandise.. |

| Does Caulfeild Apparel donate to charitable organizations? Yes, we continue to donate to various charitable organizations each year. If you would like to submit a request for a donation, please contact us via e-mail to donations@caulfeild.com. Please be advised that although we aim to donate to different organizations each year, we unfortunately cannot fulfill all requests. We will respect your request with a response and will gladly keep your request on file. |

| What are Caulfeild's warranty policies? Caulfeild Apparel warrants the products we sell to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace products at our option and Caulfeild Apparel is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. Normal wear and fading of this product is not considered a manufacturer’s defect. This warranty does not apply to normal deterioration caused by wear or abuse, nor does it apply to claims of damage to items used in connection with Caulfeild Apparel products. |
